Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and costs
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports
Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
Direct and supervise construction or related workers
Inspect projects for compliance with building and safety codes
Develop and implement quality control programs
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain resources
Produce and distribute project documents

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Oracle Primavera, HCSS HeavyBid, Microsoft Word)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to monitor costs and manage budgets
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

Preferred

Experience with commercial and residential construction
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit)
Experience in vendor selection and contract negotiation
