Responsibilities

Supports the growth team with identifying, prepositioning for, and pursuing new opportunities
Serves as a client account manager for multiple clients across New England
Represents AECOM by participating in professional organizations
Actively directs the performance of ongoing water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming projects and programs with those clients
Provides technical guidance and support to the team, enforces company and project policies, and is a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface
Serves as a mentor to mid-level engineers and managers

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering degree plus 8 years of relevant experience and demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Registered Professional Engineer - PE
8+ years experience with water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, collection and distribution systems and client/consultant relations

Preferred

Proven ability of leading business development activities, pursuing new clients/projects, and managing project deliveries
Proven leader with an interest in developing and mentoring team members and demonstrated ability to successfully work in diverse teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Participation in water community activities including Water Environment Federation and American Water Works Association
