HR Technology Leader

Responsibilities

Manage the Department’s budget to include accurate and timely forecasting and resource allocation to support DPR, integrated workgroup, and T&I projects
Exercise sound judgement on how the Department is spending money
Ensure team meets deadlines for accounting activities including coding/review of invoices, entering timecards, submitting expense reports, and related activities
Manage vendors that support the Department
Manage contract renewals. Coordinate with Risk Management to review contracts and their terms & conditions and service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure contracts are right sized to support usage, growth, and priorities
Ensure that DPR Intellectual Property is protected in negotiations, contracts, and discussions with external parties
Collaborate with leaders in HR and other People functions to ensure People systems support their organizational priorities
Collaborate with other T&I leaders on opportunities and challenges to enhance our service delivery. Communicate resource gaps and identify opportunities to share resources across the teams
Ensure relevant information is shared with appropriate levels of your team

Qualification

HRMSHCMLMSVendor ManagementFinancial Management

Required

Experience in managing enterprise technology solutions, specifically HRMS, HCM, LMS, and related systems
Proven track record in developing and executing technology roadmaps that align with organizational strategies
Strong financial management skills, including budget management and resource allocation
Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiations and renewals
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR leaders and other stakeholders to support organizational priorities
Strong communication skills to share relevant information with team members and other departments
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for meetings
