This role focuses on ensuring interoperability, performance, reliability, and standards compliance of high-speed I/O fabrics that power modern AI and HPC systems.

Responsibilities
Validate PCIe (Gen4/5/6), CXL, and UALink across silicon and system levels
Ensure interoperability, performance, latency, and reliability of high-speed I/O fabrics
Develop and execute validation plans; perform deep system-level debug
Use protocol analyzers/exercisers and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years in high-speed interconnect or platform validation
Strong PCIe protocol expertise; working knowledge of CXL
Hands-on debug across hardware, firmware, BIOS, and Linux
Experience with protocol analysis tools and scripting (Python/Shell)
Preferred
AI/HPC platform experience
UALink/NVLink exposure
