Product Analyst

Responsibilities

Partner with product leadership to define requirements, test new features, and coordinate releases for our proprietary Hub and broader tech stack
Collect, analyze, and translate advisor feedback into actionable product enhancements
Track roadmap progress to ensure deliverables align with advisor efficiency, firm efficiency, and compliance goals
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex advisor technical issues, providing timely resolution and vendor coordination
Develop and maintain documentation, training resources, and best practices
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or product improvements to prevent them
Drive efficiency through process automation and systems integrations (Notion, Linear, Teams, etc.)
Produce clear, data-driven reports for leadership on product, support, and security initiatives
Proactively recommend tools, workflows, or practices that improve advisor and firm outcomes

Required

4–6 years of experience in product management, IT, business systems, or technology operations (financial services experience preferred)
Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience working with external vendors
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, tools, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver

Preferred

Experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related industries
Familiarity with advisor tools such as performance reporting (Tamarac, Orion) and financial planning systems (Income Lab, MoneyGuide)
Knowledge of SOC/SIEM platforms, endpoint management, or compliance-related technologies
Exposure to workflow automation, AI applications, or light scripting (Zapier, n8n, Python, SQL)
