Customer Support/EDI Specialist - 159501
Atrium is a people-centric organization that fosters collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a Customer Support/EDI Specialist to manage order processing and serve as the primary contact for wholesale accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in EDI transactions.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries
Manage all EDI transactions, including order entry (850), acknowledgments (855), advance shipping notices (856), and invoicing (810)
Monitor EDI transmission errors and coordinate with IT teams or EDI providers to resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with customer routing guides and vendor requirements
Verify order accuracy, pricing, and inventory availability prior to customer confirmation
Coordinate shipping schedules with warehouse and logistics teams
Handle returns, chargebacks, and credit memos in accordance with company policies
Maintain detailed records of customer communications and order statuses within ERP and CRM systems
Provide reporting and data support to sales and operations teams as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and EDI workflows
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or order entry role
Hands-on experience working with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and proactively resolve issues
Preferred
Experience working within the wholesale industry
Background in fashion, footwear, or retail industries
Exposure to additional areas of retail operations
Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
