Stellantis is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Technical Head to lead their ServiceNow platform and be a key member of their Centre of Excellence and Innovation. The role involves shaping architecture and solution design, managing technical leads, and ensuring best practices are implemented across the platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement best practices for Servicenow platform:

Release and deployment strategy

Development strategy and best practices

Configuration, and customization

Lead and implement an architectural function to

Ensure architecture review council is stood up as forum for design decision making

Own Foundation data and integration management to maintain the cohesion of the platform for each new capability implemented

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the platform's capabilities with business needs and objectives

Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow technical leads

Qualification

ServiceNow Certified Technical ArchitectServiceNow experienceServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperServiceNow Certified Implementation SpecialistAgile backgroundAnalytical skillsSolution orientationFluent in EnglishProblem-solving skillsCommunicationLeadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Servicenow certification: Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Experience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilities

Minimum ServiceNow Certifications (current):

Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, etc.)

ServiceNow experience: Evidence of involvement as an architect or technical lead in at least 3 global ServiceNow projects or programs

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Fluent in English

Agile background is a plus
