Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil Designer to join their team. In this role, you will assist in designing various civil projects, contribute to drawing production, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing various civil projects including site design and land development
Contribute to drawing production work and design layout
Analyze reports, maps, and geologic data for project planning
Apply design codes and specifications in projects
Organize and maintain project drawings and information
Compute volume calculations for site grading and excavation
Collaborate with project managers and engineers
Complete design drawings within scope, budget, and schedule
Participate in designing roads, storm drainage, and water management systems
Support initial rough designs and mark-ups on ongoing projects
Interpret and apply design codes and specifications

Qualification

AutoCADCivil 3DMicroStationCivil design knowledgeAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in drafting technology or related field
2 years of related experience required
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Excel
Basic knowledge of civil discipline and design systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with traffic control and airport facility design
Understanding of sediment and erosion control
Familiarity with water and sanitary sewer utility design
