Responsibilities
Develop and adapt brand-aligned messaging, narratives, and communications assets across owned and shared channels
Support product launches and brand initiatives through content creation, press materials, FAQs, and messaging toolkits
Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across communications
Support external communications activities, including media outreach coordination and asset preparation, in partnership with internal stakeholders or external agencies
Assist with event-related communications and materials for launches, campaigns, and brand moments
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables with Marketing, Legal, Product, and regional teams
Work closely with global brand and communications teams in the U.S., Europe, and China to support aligned messaging execution
Assist leadership and internal teams by preparing messaging drafts, talking points, and background materials as needed
Track engagement and communications performance metrics
Prepare internal summaries and reports on communications activities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in brand communications, marketing communications or related fields
Strong writing and editing skills across consumer, brand, and corporate formats
Experience supporting communications initiatives in fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with consumer tech or consumer products
Exposure to media relations or event communications
