Responsibilities

Design and implement software features, automations, and tools to ensure effective scaling with our growth goals, embracing an AI-first approach

Use SQL, Looker, and other analytics tools daily to monitor platform health, validate outcomes, and surface actionable insights

Contribute code regularly to new features each cycle and participate in the PR review process on your solutions

Instrument features and flags to measure business impact precisely (e.g., “feature X has reduced metric Y 35%”) and deliver solutions to impact those metrics

Collaborate with Insurance and Distribution teams to deeply understand operational bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions

Continuously improve platform reliability, usability, and performance

Develop a deep working knowledge of the platform and be the first to dig in when something goes wrong
