Responsibilities
Develop and implement ServiceNow delivered applications and custom applications throughout all phases of the software development lifecylce
Perform ServiceNow coding, testing, installation, and documentation of the system’s functions and provide technical support for ServiceNow application modules and custom applications
Guide the discussions of the definition, design, and construction of processes/structures to support project requirements for the ServiceNow platform
Guide team members on a variety of ServiceNow projects, including determination of time frames for assigned tasks, completing assigned tasks, assisting in unit and system testing and post-implementation support of the system
Assist in the analysis of user requirements such as information gathering, participating in requirements interviews, documenting existing systems and processes, documenting requirements, and developing detailed specifications in the form of Agile User Stories
Ensure that system development and support projects adhere to ServiceNow and NYSTRS application development standards and procedures
Qualification
Required
Experience (15+ Years)
This is an 100% Onsite
84 Months of experience in developing, implementing, and delivering applications in the ServiceNow platform
36 Months of experience creating and developing custom applications within ServiceNow using app engine studio, UI Builder, Form Builder and/or the ServiceNow Studio IDE
84 Months of experience leading the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
48 Months of experience in gathering user requirements by conducting information gathering sessions, facilitating requirements interviews and workshops, documenting existing systems and processes, and documenting future state requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
