Creating a cohesive team within the Branch
Overseeing teams, managing performance, and developing staff
Ensuring operational excellence in lending services
Availability for Saturday morning shifts on a limited basis

Required

Two years college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
Excellent customer service skills and experience with an outgoing personality
Two to five years of similar experience with a financial institution or other lending industry
NMLS ID# required to be eligible to obtain
Extensive experience in both lending operations (consumer loans, home equity loans, IRAs, and Trusts)
Proven leadership skills, with experience overseeing teams, managing performance, and developing staff
Availability for Saturday morning shifts on a limited basis, generally a few times per month

Preferred

Additional college coursework in business or finance
Formal management and/or leadership training (certification is preferred)
