Project Manager
JVA Art Group is a full-service custom art group based in San Diego, California, specializing in custom art creation. The Project Manager will oversee custom art projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee custom art projects from initial concept to completion
Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Coordinating with artists and clients
Managing project timelines and budgets
Monitoring production logistics
Ensuring all aspects of a project align with the client’s vision
Expediting processes
Inspecting materials
Collaborating with the logistics team to guarantee workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Project Management and Expediting to manage tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines effectively
Experience in Logistics Management and Inspection to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables
Understanding of Expeditor processes and the ability to handle time-sensitive requests with attention to detail
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in tools and software commonly used for project management and coordination
Preferred
Familiarity with the design or art industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts Management, or a related field is preferred
