Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all phases of capital projects, from initial concept development to successful implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Design, analyze, and refine equipment layouts to maximize production efficiency, safety, and workflow
Identify opportunities for waste reduction and process improvements, implementing best practices to enhance operational performance
Oversee and track engineering initiatives, managing project timelines, resource allocation, and documentation to ensure seamless execution
Evaluate packaging solutions to meet operational, safety, and product quality standards, providing recommendations aligned with business needs
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Leadership—to support project success and operational excellence
Provide expert technical support, documentation, and training related to process changes and new equipment installations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Processing, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in processing, manufacturing, or a similar engineering environment
