Strategic Leadership: Oversee a diverse technical "tower" of approximately 13 staff members, covering ECSA, ODBA, Security, EDI/Integrations, and Radiant (Technical) teams
Pure Management: Focus on managing people, workflows, and service delivery rather than performing hands-on build or configuration
Collaborative Execution: Partner closely with five peer managers to "lean in" and drive initiatives that benefit the greater team, not just your specific direct reports
Solution-Oriented Delivery: Execute on leadership requests with a "solution-first" mindset, ensuring projects move forward efficiently without unnecessary roadblocks
Resource Planning: Utilize technical understanding to help estimate project hours and resource allocation while empowering your team to execute the technical work
Transparency: Foster a culture of open communication and information sharing to ensure cross-functional success across the IT department
