Responsibilities
Responding to and reaching out to inbound marketing results
Conducting alignment Zoom calls with prospects and clients to understand employment needs, goals, and desires before signing up for services
Delivering services engagements that last from 3 days or spread over 5-9 weeks depending on the services requested
Attend all scheduled CareerCOACH weekly All Coach and individual meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required, and a plus if in Communications, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Counseling
Prefer 1-3 years of coaching or mentoring others in a public or private environment
ICF, iPEC, or equivalent certification, plus specific Assessment certifications are helpful, but not necessary to apply
Preferred
Prefer Masters or Ph.D. degrees in business, marketing, and human resources
