Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA required
10 years of experience in accounting
five to seven years in a position of leadership/supervisory responsibility in healthcare finance
Constant decision making which requires above average judgment
Must be able to plan, manage, and establish and maintain morale in his/her areas of responsibility
Must understand data processing capabilities and procedures
Must have the oral and written communication skills to work and communicate well with all levels of management both inside and outside the financial services division

Preferred

Master's degree in either accounting or business administration
