Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming, so everyone feels at home
Arrange appointments, schedule rooms, and guide tours of campus when needed
Spot maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly to keep students and staff safe
Qualification
Required
Federal Work Study Student
Preferred
Prior experience as a receptionist
Having excellent customer service skills
Administrative support experience
Experience in higher education or within a large, multi-department professional environment
Familiarity with media or communications settings
