Responsibilities
Own and maintain the company’s financial model: revenue, COGS, OpEx, headcount, cash forecasting
Manage core accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, billing, monthly close, etc
Prepare monthly reporting package: budget vs. actuals, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and revenue vs plan
Support annual planning, quarterly re-forecasting, and scenario modeling
Prepare board and investor reporting as needed
Support GTM teams with planning and analytics in alignment with overall company strategy and financial plan
Maintain reporting across ARR, net dollar retention, pipeline conversion, bookings, churn, CAC payback, LTV, and unit economics
Partner with Sales to ensure accuracy and consistency of ARR/booking definitions, segmentation, and cohort reporting
Enhance data accuracy and streamline workflows across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms
Assess operational needs and implement the right tools & processes to support growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles
Strong financial modeling skills and a strong grasp of SaaS metrics and revenue mechanics
Deep understanding of accounting processes and GAAP principles
Comfortable working in a high-growth startup with evolving needs; resourceful and self-directed
Excellent communication skills; able to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations
Bias toward ownership and action, with the ability to build processes and tools from the ground up
Preferred
SaaS / subscription business experience strongly preferred
