Customer Service/EDI Specialist - 159319
Atrium is a people-centric organization that values collaboration and innovation. They are seeking a Customer Service/EDI Specialist to manage order processing and EDI transactions while serving as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries
Manage all EDI transactions including order entry (850), acknowledgments (855), advance shipping notices (856), and invoicing (810)
Monitor EDI transmission errors and coordinate with IT teams or EDI providers to resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with customer routing guides and vendor requirements
Verify order accuracy, pricing, and inventory availability prior to customer confirmation
Coordinate shipping schedules with warehouse and logistics teams
Handle returns, chargebacks, and credit memos in accordance with company policy
Maintain detailed records of customer communications and order statuses within ERP/CRM systems
Provide reporting and data support to sales and operations teams as needed
Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service and EDI workflows
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or order entry
Hands-on experience working with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas
Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and proactively resolve issues
Preferred
Experience working in the wholesale industry
Experience in fashion and retail environments
Exposure to additional areas of retail operations
Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required
