Responsibilities

Support the FP&A team in developing forward-looking financial analyses used for strategic decision-making
Manage detailed cash flow models to track actual and forecasted development costs, determine funding sources, and monitor cash availability
Submit consolidated P&L and cash flow projections; communicate budget vs. actual variances and updates to forecast assumptions
Assist in building annual budgets and forecasts, developing templates, assumptions, KPI frameworks, and performance reports
Prepare and present monthly capital calls to internal leadership and external partners
Develop portfolio-level financial models, reports, dashboards, and metrics
Oversee the overhead budget model, including quarterly reforecasting, monthly actuals tracking, reporting packages, and variance analysis
Provide ongoing variance analysis and support cash management activities, including reconciliations and scenario modeling
Review underwriting models, waterfalls, and project forecasts

Required

Bachelor's degree required
3–5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting

Preferred

advanced degree, MBA, or CFA is a plus
Familiarity with systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, and database tools is a plus
Knowledge of capital markets and real estate finance preferred
