Responsibilities
Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge stores
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
Ensure AI systems follow responsible AI, security, and governance standards
Monitor and improve agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in production
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Experience in Machine Learning / AI, with practical experience in Generative AI
Hands-on experience with AI agents / Agentic AI, including: Designing and deploying LLM-powered agents, Implementing planning, reasoning, and tool-calling workflows, Building single-agent and multi-agent systems
Programming skills in Python and Spark
Experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks
Solid understanding of Machine Learning, transformers, NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques
