Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain software testing plans and test cases
Identify, log, and track software defects and issues
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure quality delivery
Ensure software and systems comply with industry standards and best practices
Document test results, defects, and process improvements
Support continuous improvement of QA and testing processes
Qualification
Required
0–5 years of experience in QA, testing, IT operations, or infrastructure support
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Understanding of SDLC / STLC and QA best practices
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred
Experience or exposure to automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure / ITOT environments
Knowledge of compliance or industry standards is a plus
