This role involves end-user support, system security, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network maintenance to ensure stable and secure technology operations.

Responsibilities
Maintain LAN/WAN networks and assist with enterprise network operations
Manage server backup systems and data protection processes
Provide after-hours and on-call support as required
Enforce IT security policies and standards (including HIPAA-aligned practices where applicable)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephone system issues
Provide training and technical guidance to end users
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, switches, and communication hardware
Serve as liaison with third-party vendors and corporate IT support teams
Track, follow up, and resolve support tickets through full resolution
Perform basic equipment repair and system monitoring
Support phone systems and related communications platforms
Maintain and monitor surveillance/DVR systems where applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of IT support or infrastructure experience
Experience working in networked computing environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working flexible hours and on-call rotation as needed
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of computer systems, networks, printers, switches, and electronic data processing equipment
Ability to interpret technical documentation and write reports
Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to handle high-pressure or emergency situations calmly
Commitment to data security and confidentiality standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
Moderate office noise environment
