Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for Investment Banking team including but not limited to submitting & processing expenses, reconciling credit card accounts, coordinating travel, calendar management, general data entry and help prepare meeting materials
Greet visiting associates and clients and provide a professional experience
Assist other departments in office, as needed
Prepare conference rooms with beverages, catering and assist with A/V needs
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception suite
Manage inventory and restock office supplies
Sort and deliver incoming/outgoing mail
Take on miscellaneous projects as needed
Handle all tasks with strict confidentiality and discretion

Required

1-2 years of clerical and customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of customer service and administrative procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
