Conduct outbound calls to new customers as needed

Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers

Qualification
Required
5+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong customer service background with a customer-centric mindset
Outgoing, empathetic, and passionate about customer satisfaction
Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Hospitality or retail customer-facing experience
Strong data entry skills
Associate's degree preferred
