The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while managing teams of electricians and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead electrical installation and construction projects across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met
Monitor job site activities and manage team performance to ensure quality standards are upheld
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot any electrical issues that arise during construction
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports on progress and compliance with specifications
Train and mentor junior electricians and foremen, providing guidance on best practices in electrical work
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience in commercial, multifamily, and retail electrical projects is preferred
Relevant certifications such as Journeyman or Master Electrician are a plus
