Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
Provide insightful recommendations to enhance financial performance and business decision-making
Collaborate with department heads to create and manage the annual budgeting process
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions
Prepare and present financial reports for executive leadership, highlighting key insights and performance metrics
Develop and maintain dashboards and financial reporting tools for regular management reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges
Evaluate the financial impact of proposed business initiatives and investments
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through audits and reconciliations

Required

5+ years of experience working in an FP&A capacity
Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and as part of a team
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of and experience with ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred but not required
Industry experience strongly preferred
