Glazer Properties is a leader in the commercial real estate industry, seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join their dynamic team. The CPA will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, communicating with external advisors and investors, and collaborating with internal departments for accurate financial analyses.

Responsibilities
Review of various department prepared confidential financial statements to ensure accuracy of reporting
Effectively communicate and work with external advisors on tax implication exercises, financial reporting, revenue modeling, and year end requirements/reports
Effectively communicate with investors and senior executives on confidential and time sensitive matters and projects
Research and preparation of high-level financial reporting for investors
Collaboration with multiple internal departments along with high-level executives to develop accurate analyses for multiple purposes including tax and financing implications
Intimate involvement in the due diligence process of new high value/target investment opportunities
Source, test and implement technological solutions to improve efficiencies within the department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA designation with at least 5 years of experience
Ability to manage multiple work flows concurrently within strict timelines
Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products, including Power BI as well as other major accounting platforms. Spreadsheet Server experience is a plus
Self-starter with a competitive, success-oriented mindset
Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
