Information Technology
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain telecom equipment and cabling
Perform inspections and troubleshoot network issues
Configure and program telecom devices (VoIP, PBX, etc.)
Work with team members to keep networks running smoothly
Provide technical support to end‑users
Keep accurate records of equipment and service work
Follow safety and industry standards
Stay informed on new tools and technologies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in telecommunications or a related field
Knowledge of routers, switches, cabling, and network basics
Familiarity with VoIP, PBX systems, and network protocols
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently when needed
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
Cat5/Cat6 installation
