This role involves creating instructional materials, managing program logistics, and establishing partnerships to ensure effective program delivery.

Responsibilities

Create instructional materials in partnership with external vendors and online learning resources

Develop internal communication materials and digital content that consider local audiences and CRH strategy

Oversee participant logistics for successful program deployment including registration and communications

Manage invoices and budget for program implementation

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal business partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives

Manage operational vendor relationships

Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create learning that can be easily applied in the workplace. Identify optimal delivery formats for specific learning goals

Design learning assessments and analyze feedback to identify gaps in existing training

Recommend design changes and interventions for ongoing program improvement
