Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey

Participate in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and join monthly clinical team meetings

Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)

Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans

Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment

Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

Qualification

Independently licensed in TexasEvidence-based modalitiesTelehealth best practicesPost-licensure clinical experienceTrauma-informed carePassion for missionComfort with virtual platformsCollaboration skills

Required

Independently licensed in Texas (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) PLUS additional license in one or more of the following states (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia)

At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women's mental health

Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care

Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices

Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
