Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts aligned with company's market objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, architects, engineering firms, OEMs, and key end users
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels to increase market share
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts; establish sales targets for distributors and track proposal progress
Deliver product training and presentations to customers and partners; stay current on competitor offerings and industry trends
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness
Collaborate closely with inside sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support
Provide regular reporting, including monthly sales forecasts and territory performance updates

Required

2+ years of sales experience in filtration, water systems, or related industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong problem-solving skills, with patience and professionalism in resolving customer and equipment issues
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
Customer-focused mindset with a professional, results-oriented approach

Preferred

Experience with water systems involving pumps and valves
