Client Coordinator
Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Client Coordinator to serve as the front office liaison. This role involves greeting clients, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining the reception area, while also coordinating with staff to facilitate smooth operations in the veterinary practice.

Responsibilities
Greeting clients and making them feel welcomed
Escorting clients and patients to clean, empty exam rooms
Accurately weighing pets
Assisting clients to their cars if necessary
Offering water to clients or patients in need
Keeping the reception area clean and organized
Cleaning exam rooms between clients
Straightening exam rooms as needed
Keeping coffee stocked and available for clients
Announcing that the assistants/doctors next exam room has been loaded
Maintaining knowledge of timing with all appointments
Building positive professional relationships with clients and staff members
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to provide effective customer service principles
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
Basic written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Exercises tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive issues and situations
Prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effectively and quickly responds to requests in a proactive manner
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted, 50 lbs. with assistance
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred
1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Experience in a medical facility desired
