Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals with businesses eager to showcase their products and services through tailored advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential advertisers within designated territories associated with 'Best of' contests
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to initiate conversations with prospective clients
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand advertisers' needs and present tailored advertising solutions
Cultivate strong relationships with advertisers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns and meet client expectations
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure advertising commitments
Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to advertising and local contests
Analyze sales data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required

Ability to Commute: Salem, OR 97301 (Required)
Work Location: In person
Preferred
Proven track record of success in inside sales, advertising sales, or related roles preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of advertising markets and Best of contest industry is a plus
