Responsibilities
Process and Documentation Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Cross-functional teams including IT and Business Operations to assess current Oracle user and configuration processes and documentation, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement and consolidation
Development, Testing, and Implementation: Collaborate on the creation of improvement plans, including test strategies and implementation timelines
Standardization Support: Assist in the standardization of Oracle processes and documentation to support deployment, training, and testing initiatives
Change Management and Communication: Maintain accurate records of project changes and progress, ensuring documentation is current and accessible
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-driven approach
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
