Responsibilities
Serve as the ultimate resource for our teammates regarding employment and internal policies
Lead investigations into workplace concerns with extreme empathy, total objectivity, and a high sense of urgency
Own your caseload from start to finish
Analyze trends with our People Partners to develop proactive programs that keep our culture healthy
Partner seamlessly with Legal and other People Operations teams
Stay ahead of the curve on new employment laws and people practices
Manage the Integrity Line and the general HR inbox, providing professional, helpful assistance to ensure every teammate's inquiry is resolved effectively
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in an HRBP or Employee Relations role, or managing complex workplace investigations
A functional understanding of employment law (you know the rules so that you can apply them fairly)
Comfortable working in ambiguity—you don't need a manual to understand how to do the right thing
Customer Service Obsession: You genuinely love helping people, and you define success by how clear and painless you make a challenging process for team members and leaders
High Accountability & Ownership: If you own a task, it gets done right, on time, and completely. You don't pass the buck or make excuses
A Willingness to Learn: You check your ego at the door. You thrive on feedback, see every mistake as a chance to improve a process, and are constantly looking to level up your knowledge
You lead with smart thinking and common sense, not just policy
You navigate highly confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism
You translate complex policies into clear, actionable language for both senior leaders and team members
