Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell a range of agricultural products, including crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, and agronomic services
Expand market share and revenue by building relationships with new and existing customers across the assigned region
Provide timely and accurate product and program guidance to help clients optimize crop production and business outcomes
Maintain frequent communication with team members to share insights on crop conditions, customer needs, and industry trends
Support precision agriculture initiatives and coordinate related services at the location level
Collaborate with management to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient distribution
Assist with pricing, billing, and order fulfillment to guarantee smooth operations
Prepare regular reports detailing customer interactions, market intelligence, and competitor activity
Support accounts receivable processes and assist with collections as needed
Address client concerns promptly and work with management to ensure high customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and personal growth initiatives
Help develop and execute individual and department marketing strategies
Maintain and update customer and prospect records in the CRM system
Ensure all required certifications and licenses are current and comply with regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of crop science and agronomy to advise clients on production strategies, product selection, and management practices for improved yield and quality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a results-oriented work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage change, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks requiring flexibility, bending, or twisting
Capacity to spend extended time working outdoors in various weather conditions
May require use of personal protective equipment for certain tasks
