Director of K-12 Partnerships - FL
Eurekii is an innovative education organization dedicated to transforming learning for students and supporting schools through high-quality instructional solutions. They are seeking an experienced Director of K-12 Partnerships to drive growth in tutoring and professional development partnerships across K-12 school districts in Florida and the Southeast.
Responsibilities
Lead growth efforts across Florida and key Southeast states, with a primary focus on Florida K-12 schools and districts
Leverage existing relationships with superintendents, district leaders, principals, and academic leadership to introduce Eurekii solutions
Identify opportunities aligned to high-impact tutoring initiatives, learning recovery, supplemental instruction, and professional development
Conduct proactive outreach via networking, warm introductions, events, referrals, and strategic prospecting
Represent Eurekii in Florida education networks, conferences, and meetings to build presence and credibility
Lead the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to opportunity development, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
Conduct consultative discovery to understand instructional needs, district challenges, priorities, and budgets
Draft proposals and collaborate with leadership to respond to RFPs and district procurement processes
Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular updates, forecasting, and performance reporting
Achieve agreed-upon growth and partnership milestones
Work closely with Eurekii’s CRO and COO to refine regional strategy, positioning, and messaging for Florida/Southeast markets
Provide insights on regional trends, funding shifts, decision-making processes, and competitive landscape
Coordinate with implementation and operations teams to ensure seamless partner transition after deals close
Support refinement of offerings based on district needs and on-the-ground insights
Partner with marketing on regionally focused campaigns, content, case studies, and promotional efforts
Support the development of Florida-relevant collateral, talking points, and messaging
Amplify Eurekii’s presence through participation in local events, associations, and education networks
Qualification
Required
7–15 years of experience in education partnerships, sales, business development, or district relationships
Strong existing Rolodex and proven relationships with Florida K-12 district decision-makers (other Southeast regional relationships a plus)
Proven track record of closing partnerships and revenue growth in education services, edtech, tutoring, curriculum, or professional development
Deep understanding of school funding structures, Florida education context, and district buying dynamics
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
Highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial, comfortable operating with independence
Passion for improving student outcomes and supporting educators
