Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints
Conduct on-site consultations to assess the existing landscape and gather relevant information
Develop creative and functional landscape designs using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring client satisfaction
Actively engage in sales efforts to generate new business and expand our client base
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Provide detailed estimates for landscaping projects
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure the successful execution of landscape projects
Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and techniques in the landscaping industry. Incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions into projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in landscape design, Horticulture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in landscape design and sales within the landscaping industry
Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and diverse projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Sketchup: 1 year
AutoCAD: 1 year
