Responsibilities
Monitor every deal from funding partners on the Funders App platform to ensure financial structures comply with internal funding guidelines
Review deal rates, fees, and commissions to ensure alignment with compliance standards and best-practice policies
Provide management with weekly updates on funded deals, providing funding compliance that align with our platform and ensure that minimum profit margins are met
Work directly with outside syndicators on a deal-by-deal basis, answering questions related to deal offerings on the platform
Ensure timely collection of syndication funds to maintain proper cash flow
Follow up on outstanding documentation, including signatures and required deal paperwork
Support daily finance operations as a secondary backup to the finance team
Assist with ad hoc reporting, reconciliations, and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Advanced Excel skills, including: Macros, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas and data analysis
Clear, accurate, and professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, fintech, merchant funding, or financial services preferred
