Temporary Corporate Receptionist - Private Asset Management
Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a private asset management firm in Midtown East to find a temporary Corporate Receptionist. The role involves front desk and office coordination duties while the permanent Front Desk Assistant is out of the office for 4 weeks, including guest management and office preparation tasks.

Responsibilities
Prepare the office for the day, including restocking kitchen supplies and snacks (twice daily)
Review the day’s guest list and ensure conference rooms and the boardroom are booked and set up appropriately
Register guests and visitors with building security as requested by staff
Welcome guests and escort them to their reserved meeting rooms
Liaise with building management regarding office issues, including maintenance and temperature concerns
Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing packages
Receive, sort, and distribute mail
Support with ad hoc tasks as required
Assist with light calendar management
Qualification
Required
Experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
