Required

5–7 years of proven talent acquisition experience (minimum 2 years required)
Strong Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
Adaptability: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Consultative Approach: A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Strong communication, consultative mindset, and the ability to manage change
Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and AI-driven tools to inform strategic decisions
Deep understanding of labor market trends and competitor activity
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, participating in workforce planning to align hiring with company goals
Manage candidate pipelines, conduct high-quality interviews, and apply employment assessment tools effectively
Promote the organization's value proposition to position it as an employer of choice

Preferred

Experience with Oracle is a plus, but training can be provided
