Responsibilities

Context-Aware CRM Entry: Build workflows that ingest emails from senior team members (containing unstructured notes about founder calls) to automatically create new Accounts, Deals, and Contacts in Monday.com and log the call notes as activities

Process Management: Design systems that automatically trigger next steps in our deal pipeline based on email context or stage changes in the CRM

Inbound Triage: Develop AI agents to process initial company materials (P&Ls, Balance Sheets, Revenue by Customer, Cap Tables, Pipelines, Org Charts) to generate an immediate "view on the business" and a list of key diligence questions

Tear Sheet Generation: Build tools that auto-populate 1-page tear sheets, extracting and synthesizing basic company info, financials, operating metrics, investment considerations, and risks from raw documents

Legal Tech Agents: Deploy AI agents capable of reviewing and negotiating NDAs with intermediaries against our standard playbook

Document Drafting: Automate the creation of Indication of Interest (IOI) and Letter of Intent (LOI) drafts based on key deal terms

Financial Modeling: Architect scripts that convert raw financial data into standardized financial models for initial underwriting

Deep Dive Analytics: Create/implement tools to ingest and analyze detailed transaction-level financial data and entire data rooms, flagging anomalies or trends faster than manual review

Diligence Planning: Automate the creation of diligence information request lists and comprehensive diligence work plans tailored to the specific target asset

Memo Construction: Architect workflows that aggregate all gathered research, financial data, and notes to draft the majority of the final Investment Committee memo
