Analyze and document business requirements related to card payments digital wallets ACH and realtime transactions
Strong technofunctional experience of Java Collaborate with business stakeholders to define user journeys process flows and functional specifications
Ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as PCIDSS PSD2 and ISO 20022
Experience of creating Interface mapping documentsInterface specifications
Translate functional requirements into technical designs and integration specs
Work closely with architects and developers to support solution implementation
Support testing defect triage and production readiness activities
Provide handson support for platforms such as OneInc Kairiba or similar
Understand data flows reconciliation logic and fraud detection mechanisms
Support enhancements upgrades and vendor integrations
Act as a liaison between business technology and thirdparty vendors
Facilitate workshops demos and feedback sessions with internal teams
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress risks and dependencies
Qualification
Required

Familiarity with insurance operations and customer payment workflows is a plus
