Responsibilities
Guide and coach ART teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
Define, schedule, and coordinate Release Trains
Facilitate ART ceremonies:
Backlog Refinement
Program Increment (PI) Planning
ART Sync / PO Sync
Scrum of Scrums
System Demos & Retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Management to maintain a healthy backlog
Ensure releases comply with Enterprise Change Management policies
Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams
Promote communication and collaboration to support PI commitments
Provide status updates and reporting on delivery timelines and impediments
Measure ART performance and maturity; identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate change activities for releases, including occasional weekend or after-hours work
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), preferably as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or Remedy)
Experience with incident/problem management and change management systems
Strong understanding of change management concepts and practices
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Advanced analytical skills for organizing and reporting complex data
