Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and implement Informatica IDMC data governance and integration solutions (CDGC, CDI, CAI) to support enterprise data strategy and governance
Develop, automate, and optimize data integration workflows and APIs across core systems (Salesforce/CRM, GIS, billing, ERP, Azure data lake) using Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Application Integration
Implement and operationalize data catalog, glossary, lineage, and data quality capabilities in Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC), ensuring proper domain structures, connections, and RBAC
Define and enforce data standards, policies, and critical data element (CDE) certification rules in line with data governance charter and Data Council requirements
Configure and execute data quality profiling, rules, monitoring, and remediation workflows to enhance data trust across key domains (e.g., Customer, network/fiber, billing, services)
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in the cloud data integration and governance platform; support performance tuning, upgrades, and release management
Document data governance configurations, integration patterns, technical designs, and stewardship workflows for reproducibility and auditability
Collaborate with data owners, stewards, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and Azure data platform
Support production data governance and integration environments, maintaining technical documentation and playbooks
Assist in onboarding new systems and datasets into Informatica CDGC and IDMC integrations as the roadmap evolves
Qualification
Required
