They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for their People Services team to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Support HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, GlobalView)

Help monitor and manage HR queues for timely resolution of employee requests

Support compliance and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Collaborate on projects related to HR systems, process improvements, and reporting

Help maintain and update HR templates and internal resources

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational workflows

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or communications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
