Responsibilities
Safety, must comply with all written and verbal safety rules that apply for the plant and department. Must be willing and able to wear all personal protective equipment
Maintain good housekeeping
Must show the ability to learn how to lace-up equipment
Must show the ability to learn all future tasks of the job, and show continuous improvement throughout training process
Must be able to name and use standard hand tools
Must show the ability to do basic math such as adding, dividing, subtraction, percentages, etc
Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16"
Must be able to locate all E-stops on the machine in which they are being trained on, and must know how to activate the E-stops
Must be able to perform all daily task of data entry in the IBS Production System
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Good oral and written communication skills
Available for overtime
Must have mechanical aptitude
Available to train on different machinery and different lines
Forklift Operator Certification
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Must show the ability to learn how to lace-up equipment
Must show the ability to learn all future tasks of the job, and show continuous improvement throughout training process
