Design and implement detailed test plans, including protocols, pass/fail criteria, and data collection methods
Conduct hands-on product testing using lab equipment to validate functionality, usability, and durability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report findings and recommend improvements
Document testing procedures, results, and recommendations clearly for internal stakeholders
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong technical mindset with a passion for hands-on testing and tinkering
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical thinking and familiarity with data interpretation
Excellent written communication for documenting test plans and results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with testing tools such as data loggers, Arduino, and Python
